Game doesn't launch on ps5

Started almost a week ago. Game shows the first image when u start it and then crashes. Tried reinstalling it 3 times now Ps4 version working well but playing at 60fps is not preferable

I fixed it by myself bc trying to reach ea human help is literally impossible lol
U have to delete your saved data. Don't worry, u won't lose anything, all your account is saved on ea cloud, not on your console, but if u wanna be sure u can go to your homescreen, press options on apex, then u go to upload/download your saved data and upload your data
After that. Go to settings > console storage > saved data > ps5 games > search apex legends > select it and delete it
I think the explanation is that data had corrupted due to an update or something like that, so when u do all of this u are rebooting that corrupted data
IMPORTANT: all of your settings will reset (sensitivity, fov, button layout, etc) so u can download apex ps4 version and take a screenshot or something so u can use that afterwards, good luck!
I also restored licenses but i dont think that's necessary, u can do it tho, it has no downside.

i’m having the exact same problem man, started about a week ago too. it just keeps popping up the error and report thing a couple seconds after i open the game. i hope someone will let us know why n how to fix it asap bc until i seen your comment i was done with apex completely
