game enhancement

I don't even know how too apply mods or cheats, and i just reinstalled game, since i dropped it when i  swap over to pc. When i decided to play i finally got to merge my account, so i was playing for a few days after i got banned.  The reason that i got banned for game play enhancement, when i don't even have mods for the game or any cheats since i barely started playing the game. Now it's saying that i've been banned for cheating and it's a permanently. Can anyone from ea please help me, i already tried and i just want my account back.
