oook i know if got pretty lame cpu but i told it before update it work fine aaand i found that in dxdiag

ok here's my dxdiag file

ok so i think it got fixed

when i went to get the dxdiag file above i got an error "DxDiag has detected that there might have been a problem accessing Direct3D the last time this program was used. Would you like to bypass Direct3D this time?"

i looked online and found this fix https://www.dell.com/community/Laptops-General-Read-Only/DirectX-11-Problems/td-p/4181635 so i did that

i also removed onedrive and updated to windows new update that was released yesterday

sadly i did them all together so i can't say which did it.

played 5 games without a crash but if it crashes again ill report back here.

nevermind just crashed in a game with a predator, now im mad.

im sorry for spaming but i just thought that connection going up like this when the crash happens means the crash is server side and like i said before the crashes only started after the latest server patch which was to fix people punching each other during the drop ship, now probably that patch is conflicting with something which is why the game is crashing

also notice how the cpu doesn't go 100% like the device hung back in august/July.

I did everything but today still freezing every match !! Im done !

Hope next patch will solve this problem

@SpectreFang I'm sure they're working on it. Blueberry has a post a couple pages back about compiling a list of dxdiags for the team. Also the thread I originally posted in got merged with this thread yesterday.

One other question I had was what chars are we all playing? My friend said that, while he didn't crash, he noticed major performance decrease only when playing as pathfinder. I pretty much play path every game so I'm curious if people are experiencing across all chars or if it's limited.

I can also confirm that alt-tabbing and having the game minimized during champ select and banner splash screens appears to bypass whatever is causing the crash

dunno why but that alt tab work for me but still best server for me is frankfurt when i try to connect to him error i must use belgium and it work still some lags but playable

I'm have this problem already for 2 months,I hope you can fix it.

This is getting worse everyday. Already 3 crashes today. Alt tabbing doesnt help here. Afraid to play ranked because of the random crash. No error report, just get stuck either in character selection or immediately after it. Have not experienced this before this week, something must've broke in the code. It's not in my end seeing how common this problem is for many people.

so hay yesterday i played from 12 am till 4 am without any crashes but then after 4 am started crashing again, this is so random Xd

The team is still looking into this, however this is interesting. 

Can you all report back with results on whether you avoid crashes switching to a different datacenter? Let us know which datacenter you're crashing on and if you were able to avoid crashes by switching please include the one you switched to.

Has anyone found success avoiding crashes by uninstalling Nvidia software like what helped this player out with crashes? I haven't seen this step mentioned in a lot of replies here.
