Game freezes constantly in menus/in game/in queue

Hi there, this has probably been posted before but I have tried everything and nothing has worked for me. Recently I got back into Apex on Steam but only now it has started to freeze randomly in game...

@surrealseal2977 ok i solve my problem, from my friend suggestion, holy frick this is a random error.. i am using windows 11, and i must turn off all firewall. after that its not crashing anymore..

god i dont know i must hate respawn or microsoft for this problem..

hopefully ur problem solved also
