Game freezes more than a deer in headlights…

I’m not sure if I’m the only one… I’ve convinced myself that I’m not, in the hope that someone knows the pain I’m going through (slightly toxic…)

Almost every time, the 1st ranked game I play, and then a few during my ‘session’, my game completely freezes… to the point where I die by zone every single time, losing RP, probably getting reported. Doesn’t matter how many times I wait patiently (or not so..), or close the game and reopen it, which puts me back in the lobby, and then freezes 1 second in. 

I’m on PS5,  internet download speed is 140mbs, upload is around 40mbs. 

Any ideas on what to do?
