Yup same here, I've been able to get it working bt disabling cores 5 & 6 in the bios, obviously a temporary solution but it doesnt look like an official one is in the works.
The CPU starts to bottleneck when the other cores are off at certain points, upgrading shouldnt be needed as it supports almost all modern titles including competitors.
Im running:
AMD FX-6300 processor
12GB RAM
XFX RX580 8GB graphics
Windows 10
I can't believe this hasn't been fixed yet. But I have a question for you. Do you play PuBG or ROE? What are your frames in those games? I can't afford to upgrade my whole system right now and was thinking of getting that GPU you have (I currently have a R9380 4gb). It's maxed at 100% all the time and was hoping if I just upgrade the GPU for now it will help.
Haven't played PUBG on this yet myself Played it mostly on Xbox one but I know a guy that's playing it on a 1050 TI so it should be fine though he has a FX 6350 CPU so not directly comparable.
same issues , fx-6300 and amd r9-270 freezing in main menu and battle and get disconnect ,and sometimes get bad_module_info too , really unplayeable but this awesome game when i can't play with ☹️
