Game freezes whole computer with buzzing noise

This has been happening for about a month now randomly only in apex my game will fully freeze my computer and require a hard restart to use my computer again. I have a RTX2070, Ryzen 3700x, 32GBs of 3600mhz ram. I have tried just about every fix I could find from changing all my settings, lowering all my settings, updating my bios, updating my drivers, and reinstalling the game on my ssd. My computer is not overheating either all of my hardware runs completely fine on way more intensive games than apex. Nothing has worked and I am not sure what to do it ruins a good majority of my ranked games. I am playing on steam and checking file integrity says everything is okay.
