Update:
Further Troubleshooting, yet no resolution of the problem:
- reinstall DirectX 16:46 02.06.2020
- deinstall Java 8 16:48 02.06.2020
- Use DDU and reinstall both GPU drivers from manufraturer website 17:21 02.06.2020
- No GForce Experiance anymore
- Ran Microsoft safety scanner 18:47 02.06.2020
- Verifying system files 18:53 02.06.2020 (Help of Zeelmaekers Troubleshoot guide)
- Removed Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center 19:56 02.06.2020
- Removed 3rd Party Keyboard driver (Parthica Core Gaming) 20:00 02.06.2020
- Remove Intel(R) Computing Improvement Program 21:34 02.06.2020
- Remove Avast Secure Browser 21:53 02.06.2020
- Deinstall newest NVidia Driver (v446.14) with DDU 00:32 03.06.2020
- Reinstall rollback Nvidia driver (v442.74) 00:47 03.06.2020
- Uninstall Apex and Battlefield 4 03:00 03.06.2020
- Uninstalled Origin 03:00 03.06.2020
Found the solution. No more words for this!
How to get this to any support person or whom ever fixes the bugs of the "client"?

Same issue for me. Made a new installation of Windows 10, fixed my problem. Than I installed Origin and before I downloaded anything, the issue was back.
I think origin has a problem with the latest update.
