Game Freezing PC and lagging

PC specs: I5 6400

RX 480 8GB

16 GB RAM 

Steam PC

Singapore server

 Issue: Game is unplayable with high ping and lag which leads to code net or worse freezes PC completely.

I have followed all troubleshooting steps from the EA team from Twitter with no effect.

I could not play ranked at all this split. Normally Bahrain is fastest server for me around 90 ping but it takes almost 30 minutes to play match. Singapore is my usual server but all the servers for me crash and freeze badly. This is crazy as this has persisted for so many days now. Please ESCALATE this as soon as possible. My GPU drivers are upto date as well as my windows update.

How will I want to spend money on a game I can't even play properly? The server issue/optimization issue has made me get 500-1000+ pings in servers where I usually get about 100 ping. Looking forward to a quick resolution to this problem and I game compensation to the time and experience I have lost. It really made me crazy when I rolled back my GPU drivers and made other unnecessary tweaks!
