Game is crashing on launch

for the last few hours I haven't been able to launch the game, I get through the intro vid then it closes. I have done the following I play on steam. reinstalling EAC Reinstalling the game rest...

Sorry to hear you’re running into launch crashes.

It sounds like you’ve already gone through a lot of the common troubleshooting steps, including reinstalling the game, reinstalling anti-cheat, clearing caches, using DDU for the GPU driver, disabling overlays, and testing admin launch options.

Since the game closes right after the intro video, could you let us know whether you’re seeing any error code or crash message when it happens (I couldn’t see any error code in the video, so just wanted to confirm with you again here)? If possible, please also share a DxDiag Report, as that may help narrow things down further.
