Game is Unplayable on PS4 due code:leaf

Does anyone even test the updates before they go live? The amount of times this error occurs is getting worse. If it happens too many times in a row than you get the "trying to connect to servers" me...

Its been happening since the legendary hunt and no they don't seem to test anything before they roll it out.
