game keeps freezing

My game keeps freezing whenever it is my first game or whenever I switch game modes or a map rotation happen. It also freezes when I try to boot up the game. After the freeze it'd show "code:net". The freezing for when the map rotates can sometimes lead me to abandon the match, is there a way to solve this issue or? Cause I'm afraid of getting banned/suspended for abandoning match early

    Have you tried verifying the file integrity through Steam to see if that helps? You can find more information on how to verify the files at the Steam Support website. Let me know if you're still seeing any freezes happening after that. Thanks again.

    Can we try a few things to see if we can help stop this from happening? 


    When you have the chance please try running through the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website to see how that goes. If you're still running into the same issues after that check out the platform-specific steps as well: 

    - PC

    - Xbox

    - PlayStation

  • @EA_Kent I've done the basic connectivity issues but nothing seems out of the ordinary, the ping is normal, and the packet loss is only either 0 or 100%, my internet also seems to be working just fine, so nothing of that sort seems to solve it
  • I have the same issue as well. Please take note and be taken seriously EA or Respawn, or whoever work with the server/account issues, this game is unplayable (of course this bug is not happening to streamers!). Every game after a queue, the loading screen would stuck and not be able to go to champion selection. After infinite loading screen, the game kicked me out on the main menu (sever selection) and code net error popped out, continuing with 'reservation timed out'. This happen after the launched of s10. This happen every 1-2 single game and forced me/us to reboot apex every time. After a single (well most probably 2) matches, the error will happen again. The process will repeat.

     

    NOTE: I have made a new account and the problem is not persist in the new account. It appears only in my main account. Maybe it is account related problem and NOT internet issues (since other account is well). Please response to us.
