game keeps freezing

My game keeps freezing whenever it is my first game or whenever I switch game modes or a map rotation happen. It also freezes when I try to boot up the game. After the freeze it'd show "code:net". Th...

    Have you tried verifying the file integrity through Steam to see if that helps? You can find more information on how to verify the files at the Steam Support website. Let me know if you're still seeing any freezes happening after that. Thanks again.

Can we try a few things to see if we can help stop this from happening? 


When you have the chance please try running through the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website to see how that goes. If you're still running into the same issues after that check out the platform-specific steps as well: 

- PC

- Xbox

- PlayStation

@EA_Kent I've done the basic connectivity issues but nothing seems out of the ordinary, the ping is normal, and the packet loss is only either 0 or 100%, my internet also seems to be working just fine, so nothing of that sort seems to solve it
