Game keeps lagging and showing every error sign.

Hey, I keep getting these error signs from the last few days and they are recurring every few minutes. Including the hardware errors, i have tried everything and those errors are not going away. I am getting no rags, constant lagging and shuttering. I have contacted my internet service provider, my internet is not the issue here. Please let me know, how can i solve these issues.
