Game keeps saying this account is not permitted to play online

Hi guys 

I would like to get some assistance with my apex legends game, it allows me to get in and play a few games but after that it just freezes and kicks me out. 

When I then try to get back in, it slaps me with the “this account is it permitted to play online”, then kicks me out again. From here on out I won’t be able to get into the game while still seeing the “this account is not permitted to play online”.

I tried everything from uninstalling and reinstalling apex legends, clearing local saved games, power cycle, trying to logging in into a different account.

I even tried changing my networks DNS to 8.8.8.8 and secondary 8.8.4.4

I’m not even banned, don’t even understand why this is happening, it was working fine then all of a sudden it started doing this.

I don’t even have the old gen apex, just new gen 

I use a xbox series s by the way.

I thought the dress to kill update was going to help maybe fix the bug, but still nothing 

I don’t know what to do at this point.

I attached a photo for you guys to see what I’m seeing.

    Hmm, there used to be a bug with having "convert speech to text" causing the same error message, but it has been fixed

    try searching on apex legends reddit and search for "this account is not permitted to play online" and maybe more people have troubleshooted

    I have seen increase of people with this issue

    maybe try going into your origin account on the website and try changing some privacy settings or something

    Also if you have another origin account, try logging in on that and see if that account works, if it does, it could be account bug. It has happened to pro players, where their main account got bugged

    EDIT: oh i saw you tried another account aswell. Try changing  IP adress, sometimes certain IP adress ranges have been "blacklisted" automatically. Maybe try a VPN to get another IP adress. (this mostly happens on Asian IP adress ranges but could probably happen worldwide)

    Thanks for responding 

    But I’ve been wondering why it crashes, it just kicks me to the Home Screen after seeing the error message 

    I can’t even stay in apex for even 30 seconds without it kicking me out to my Xbox Home Screen
