Here's the info on my PC
Got it, thanks. Looking at your DxDiag I'm not seeing any display devices at all. I looked up the model of Acer laptop you're using, and it should have an NVIDIA GTX CPU installed. If the PC isn't detecting the video card that might be what's causing the crashes. It might be running on integrated Intel graphics instead of using the GPU.
Have you checked to see if you've got any video drivers installed for the NVIDIA card? For more info on how to download them check out the EA Help site. Let me know if that helps at all.

Hey @doodskieter-GCC,
Have you had the chance to try starting up your PC in a Clean Boot to see if that makes any difference for you? Looking at the DxDiag you attached I noticed some other software crashes happening, and I'm curious if any of those are related to the crashes you're seeing with Apex Legends. If that's the case then a clean boot might help stop the crashes from happening.
You can find more details on how to set up a Clean Boot over at the EA Help website. Once you're able to give it a shot please let me know how it goes. Thanks!

- 5 years ago@EA_Kent No defrence. I have even downloaded the drivers from Asus. My son has a Intel based system with nvidea and he has absolutely no issues and we on the same net. I have a all amd and I think that could be the issue. Something about amd and apex don't gel. Might be wrong but it's the only thing that's the factor. I play pubg, fortnite any other game you can name and it works perfect. Only apex having these issues so common denomination has to be apex
