Game Progress missing

Hello My Name is Alex,

I Apologize in Advance If My English is not that good. 

I've played a lot of Apex on the switch and I've got a lot of skins, legends etc. I used to want to play on the computer and I signed in with the same EA account as what I connected to my switch, however I'm level 1 there and have nothing.

I wrote to an EA employee who said he put it in System wrote and that I should write a forum post, so I'm doing it now.
