Game randomly crashing on ps4

Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. In the lobby, trying to load into the training area
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Loading into the training arena
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? A couple, the issue occurs randomly. Sometimes it happens right after one match and sometimes it occurs after several(5 to 6) matches
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) Everyday, Indian standard time(GMT)
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? The game has a habit of randomly causing high ping so I have to quit to the main menu and load back in to fix this. I then load into the training screen to check if there's still high ping. In most cases the problem fixes itself after this but sometimes the game crashes randomly when I try to load into the training arena after which there is really high latency on the closest servers to me( the Singapore servers, the proper ping without any bug is 47 to 54ms). I am able to however, choose the Hong Kong server and the ping mark goes away but playing the game on the somewhat high ping servers of Hong Kong is no fun. After I play for around 15 min on the Hong Kong server the latency on the Singapore servers goes away. Maybe only the Singapore servers have to do with the problem and other servers have no connection with this bug.(BTW I have really good internet, 40mbps upload and download)
What should be happening instead? I should be getting no latency
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Optimize the servers and game more?
