Game stutters ever since beast of prey
Hi, ever since beast of prey update, my game will do micro-stutters every few seconds followed by a red UCMD delay symbol, and when backing out the main lobby, the audio and game will glitch/lag horr...

@Federock10I tried disabling/lowering all the video related stuff but when I turn the GeForce performance overlay the GPU is not being hit during this lag spikes, I even get pulled back during fights and shot whole mags on people just to see all the bullets do no regs, it's just unplayable.
I also saw a couple people talking about it in reddit and found this this related to the UCMD symbol, tried all the fixes but didn't help
