Game won't load due to technical issue

Sorry to hear that Apex hasn't been loading for you. 

Are you seeing any error messages or codes? If the game is crashing during launch and you're seeing CE-108255-1 or CE-348780, please give the following troubleshooting steps a try: 

1. Go to your PlayStation console's Settings > Application Saved Data Management
2. Select Saved Data in System Storage
3. Choose Apex Legends
4. Delete those files
