    Hi ANTTOBEsT,

Thank you for reaching out and sharing the error message. I can completely understand how frustrating it is when you're excited to play but the game consistently crashes and refuses to start.

The "An unexpected game shutdown was detected (0x675)" error typically indicates that the EA Anti-Cheat system has detected a system environment conflict or a communication issue during its initialization, causing the game startup to abort. To help resolve this, I recommend walking through these key troubleshooting steps:

    • Reinstall and repair the EA Anti-Cheat service: Navigate to your Apex Legends installation directory, open the "__Installer" folder, and then open the "EAAntiCheat" folder. Right-click "EAAntiCheat.Installer.exe", select "Run as Administrator", select "Apex Legends" from the drop-down menu, and click "Uninstall". Once finished, click "Install" to cleanly reinstall the service. More details can be found here:

How do I install and troubleshoot EA Javelin anticheat on PC?

    • Close conflicting software: Before launching, disable background applications that can interfere with the anti-cheat kernel. This includes third-party anti-virus programs, system optimization tools, and apps with active overlays (such as Discord, Steam Overlay, or GeForce Experience). Also, ensure other game anti-cheat services are fully closed.

    • Repair Windows system components: Corrupted operating system files can cause security services to fail. Type "cmd" into your Windows search bar, right-click "Command Prompt", and select "Run as Administrator". Type the command "sfc /scannow" and press Enter. Allow the scan to complete and automatically repair any detected issues.

Once you have completed these steps, please restart your computer and try launching the game again. If the crash continues to happen, please reply here and let us know so we can help you investigate further.
