Game won't put me in a match

Like the title says, I ready up like always but nothing happens. Tried hard reboot. Had lots of problems since update but now it doesn't work at all.

    Sorry to hear that you are having issues @AriGates. 

    Do you see an error message of any kind when this occurs or is it just you stuck in a loop as it tries to find you a match?

    The more info we have the better we can help.

    Same thing.  I finally got sometime to play the new update, and no matter what server or game mode I cant get past "matchmaking.."  Doesn't even give me a count of players in the lobby

    Same here, and I'm sure most are having this issue.

    Seems like there servers can't handle the load.

    @SilentCoderx Same here. it wont go past matchmaking on Xbox one S. I have had a bunch of issues since the update, like server is full error code, kicking me out of the game, and animations crashings..... BUT hey is EA and their trashy servers

    It just says "matchmaking" forever. No connecting to server, no queue count. Check the Reddit support megathread, many are having this issue.
