nobody else has this problem? EA support has been pretty unhelpful with this particular issue.
- 6 years ago@WEWdesperate Yes, I'm having this issue. EA support hasn't been able to resolve this. I have had to make a new account, and that works fine, but that doesn't solve the problem. I have all my cosmetics, fully completed S1 BP, and I also purchased the S2 BP that I now cannot progress. So frustrating.

yep tahts exactly whats going on. its like EA sent us to some god forsaken Chinese spammer purgatory server. FIX PLEASE.
