Getting refund on a skin i never recieved

I purchased Bloodhound's Royal Guard skin yesterday. However everything went smooth untill the buy option popped up again. After contacting the support and waiting 24 hours, they told me that the system hasnt registered the purchase, therefore they cant help. Now i am left with no skin and no crafting material, the recolored skin dissapears from the shop in 2 days, just as my dream of buying it. What can i do to get my skin or my crafting material
