Hello all,

Two days ago I purchased Apex Coins via Steam. The transaction completed, but I never received the coins.
I've contacted support on this and pretty much been told that there's nothing that can be done on EA's end and that this is a Steam issue.
I have waited for 24 hours and tried booting the game through the EA app, but to no avail.
I'm at a lost on what to do. I just want what I purchased.
I'll attach both my proof of purchase and the text transcript of the support agent telling me that this is a Steam issue.
