Gifting icon still locked after verification has been turned on multiple times. Level 400

Are you sure you meet all of these requirements?
- have Login Verification turned on,
- be a Level 10 or higher in Apex Legends,
- have enough Apex Coins on your account for the gift,
- add the person as a friend in-game,
- be friends with them for at least two weeks,
- have sent no more than five gifts in the past 24 hours,
- have an account in good standing.
I'd assume this would either be a problem with needing to be friends for an x amount of time or the account not being in good standing.
I have the same issue. All the checklist is good it's just I can't unlock gifting after turning the thing on and off a restarting both a million times. Fix this please.
Listen there's a Event for season 20 and we have to gift item for friends and my gift is still lock I did everything they said my account is still standing I reset and deleted the game and download it back and I'm level 420 why is this still happening
