Gifting not working.

Hello, not really sure how to start but to say the least I can't gift a ledgend to my friend. We both play on Ps5. We went over all the parameters and all are in compliance with gifting requirements. We are both lvl 50, we both have 2FA active on our accounts, we both have been friends for 2 weeks, and both have good standing.  And yes I have enough apex coins too.

But when I try to gift the ledgend my friend doesn't own, thier name doesn't even show up in the gifting list. Even when I search thier EA or PS name. And so I'm at a loss at what to do. O would really appreciate it if I could get some help.
