I have turned on my account verification and restarted the game a number of times but it still brings me to the QR screen to "turn on my account verification" which is most definitely already on. Anyone deal with this and find a way to resolve it so I can gift to my friend?
Yep, they are a part of my friends list. My problem is that it wont even let me choose a friend to send gifts to. When I select to gift something, it immediately opens to a screen with the QR code to turn on my account verification. But that is already on. It never lets me get further than that.

If you still aren’t able to buy the gift after turning on EA Login Verification, restart your game and try again.
If that doesn’t work, you may need to contact EA Support.
Try looking in the servers in the game.
