I was given a skin by my partner and it was sent to the wrong account. I have a PC account and ps4. It was sent to the PC one. While she was trying to get the skin moved over I had purchased the same skin on my ps4 account. Is there any way that she could be refunded or have the skin moved to her playstation account?
Just to clear some stuff up.
Does one account have the skin on 2 different platforms, or do you and your partner both have the same skin but on the wrong platform?
With cross progression currently coming up, the second issue shouldn't be a problem.
Though if you have a duplicate of the skin both on PC and PS4 then it might be worth a shot to hit up support.
As far I'm aware, EA doesn't give refunds when in-game currency has been spent (including gifts)
