glowing bug

hi i downloaded apex and tried to play.. when the main menu shows up the character is glowing up literally i thought it would go away if i played a game... when i joined the match the whole map is glowing literally glowing i dont know how i lowered the graphics still didnt work i reinstalled the game TWICE and nothing changed so please tell me how to fix this issue

i found the solution it worked for me go to GEFORCE EXPERIENCE and download it .. sign up go to drivers and then click check for updates and run the game from it

Looks like bugged textures
Check if windows / your GPU drivers are up-to-date.
If that doesn't work try to repair or reinstall the game.
