Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended

In mid-March, I played a few rounds of the bot battle royale mode, since I had barely touched this game for almost an entire season. After playing three matches, I logged off. But when I tried to log back in an hour later, I found that my account had been banned, with the reason given as 'Game Enhancement Ban'. Yet the only matches I played after such a long break were in the bot battle royale mode – an official mode released by you, the developers. This led to an abnormal ban on my account. As a veteran player with nearly 2,000 hours in the game, owning 7 or 8 heirlooms and many legendary skins, I really cannot accept this. Ask yourself: who would cheat in a game that they have invested so much time in and truly love? Moreover, I know many other players have been banned for the exact same issue – all after playing the bot battle royale mode. I have filed multiple appeals to EA, but they have been perfunctorily rejected with automated replies. If any relevant EA official administrators see this message, please know that your actions have deeply disappointed a long-time player. Please lift this unjust ban on my account. Right now, there isn't even any violation recorded in my violation history, yet I still cannot enter the game.
