this was the first account which was banned as you can see there is no reason stated but strangely after my main and my friends account i was playing on were falsely banned for "gameplay enhancement" this is the strongest evidence i have and EA wont even take the time to review my case has anyone else had anything like this and maybe found a resolution?

but they wont even look at my case i just get an automated response psq is coming up and i feel helpless what can i do they wont even tell me what i did wrong i thought maybe this would maybe just get their attention
The appeal system does'nt work and theres a lot of players facing this issue, can you please inform someone in charge to take care of this issue?
