Got false permanently banned for game enhancement

I have been playing apex since day one and i come back from holiday to my account permanently being banned, i have put over 7 thousand hours and countless hundreds of pounds into the game and now it all just got deleted. I keep appealing but all i get is an automated message saying “we have reviewed our decision and we will not remove the sanction from your account”. I see that other people are having the same thing happen to them whether they are on console or pc so i hope that this is a glitch with the anti cheat and we all get our accounts back. Its ridiculous that actual cheaters aren’t getting banned but they ban legit players who want to progress in the game. If it carries on like this i doubt that apex will survive much longer.
