Got hacked and now my account is banned FML
So basically 2 days ago I logged on Origin only to get a message saying. "Origin is running on another computer" Logging in would log me out of that computer. I thought it odd and maybe a bug. Anyway I got on my account in Apex legends only to find I had slighly more currency and some battle pass levels.
First thing I did was change my password and add a two factor authentication. And then went on to play with my friends. By the time I was on the 4th game the game suddenly disconnects me and a message pops up "Your account has been banned".
I send 2 tickets to EA supports. They send me 1 standard message saying I was cheating and then on the second ticket they just mark it as resolved.
Okay WTH? you can literally check which device was using my account and notice that it wasn't me. Or when was the other computer interrupted from using my account when I logged in. Can someone give me advice on what to do?
