Graphic quality set to high, yet player models are still EXTREMELY low

I've turned all my settings to high, but the graphics quality is awful. The most noticable being model textures, I have this set on high, yet it looks like I'm watching a youtube video on 140p. When ...

I've got the exact same problem, i think it's because i played the "playable" version of the game and now i'm stuck to it because now that my game is finished, the graphics are the same...

I mean the HD textures are already install but i already tried to repair the game but it's still the same...

      Trust me, reinstalling does nothing to help.
