GTX 1060 gaming x+ 6gb + i5 7600 game is working like trash....

Update your hardware (CPU, Motherboard etc).
Windows update.
Turn off your modern for 10 secs before turning it back on.
Off unnecessary services and programs.
Check your settings to low.

You might be hit by a virus/malware. Do a anti virus scan and once it is done, you can turn it off and try again.
