when i try link my steam and ea account to play apex it tries sending a verification code to a weird email that isn't mine even though its not my email that i have linked to my account

If this is not your email, it would be best to get in touch with our support team to help recover the account itself. As they'll need to discuss private account details, that is not something we can assist with here on the forums.
You can create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I need help with my hacked account so the support team can assist with the actual account recovery.
i have no one has got in contact with me it just said that the email servers are full
