Hacked and banned Apex Legends account

I have had the same problem. I lost wraith, bloodhound, and octane heirloom and EA says the same copy and paste answer. And I've now lost over a thousand dollars on this game with the same reason many others got banned from someone from china hacking my account and playing ranked and showing in my club history and getting me banned. It's disgusting that there is no help for this and EA isn't looking at these forms thinking "o there might be a problem, maybe these people arent lying" but no.

@Twitch_RI4E @RockyMarlbora Hi guys, I actually got unbanned about two weeks ago. But it takes a while. For me it took 47 days.
