@Midnight9746 is correct. Please contact Terms of Service to look into the ban for you. After the ban side of things has been sorted, get in touch with our support team to help recover the account itself.

Try to complete whatever steps you can to recover the EA account in the meantime using the advice in these guide: 

• What to do if your EA Account has been hacked <----- Try to complete as many of the security steps here in the meantime to start the account recovery process and maximise security.
• How to manage your EA Account security and safety <----- This guide contains some tips to help make your password and other information more secure.

Please also make sure to take advantage of the security settings available for any of the connected accounts linked up to the EA account as well to ensure they are also secure. Examples of connected accounts include the email address registered, accounts such as Steam, Amazon and Twitch, Console accounts (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, etc), mobile accounts (Apple ID, Google Play) and Social Media accounts (Facebook).

I Have put out multiple reports about the ban after getting my account back telling them it was the hacker who was hacking on my account buy they still decline my appeal saying you account violated terms because you were hacking

Same here buddy,  I have put in like 3 cases, stating the same thing. They don’t investigate the whole issue. And I play on console where you cannot cheat. They don’t care. So now I can’t even play Apex on my Xbox anymore cause they won’t let me unlink my account. It’s ridiculous and they need to do more investigating. Like at this point fine ban my account but let me the person who didn’t do harm play.
