Unfortunately, both bans and hacked accounts cannot be handled on the forums. You would have to reach out to the EA TOS Team again about the ban, (as you would reach out to EA Support Team if it was only a hacked account).

I Have put out multiple reports about the ban after getting my account back telling them it was the hacker who was hacking on my account buy they still decline my appeal saying you account violated terms because you were hacking
Same here buddy, I have put in like 3 cases, stating the same thing. They don’t investigate the whole issue. And I play on console where you cannot cheat. They don’t care. So now I can’t even play Apex on my Xbox anymore cause they won’t let me unlink my account. It’s ridiculous and they need to do more investigating. Like at this point fine ban my account but let me the person who didn’t do harm play.
