Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended

 I got a message that my account was banned on apex due to using something that enhances my gameplay, but the problem is that when I appealed my ban and asked for more information they didnt tell me anything. I wanted to know the actual reason I was banned and if it was due to something I have both in hardware or software. I have a logitech mouse and an Asus Azoth keyboard, plus a Steelseries headset. I fully reseted my pc and the only programs besides games are, overwolf with react clips, steelseries GG, Mega, and NVIDIA app, and AB download manager. Sorry if this message is long, I just need help on understanding why I am getting banned.
