Hatespeech automated ban

Hello there,

yesterday I was preparing for another cheerful round of ranked games but (as the title states) I was banned for 7 days a few hours before for "hateful speech". The email nofitication I recieved stated my hateful behaviour as the following line of text:

"no ruski im afraid"

Now, to give a little context (in case it is needed), I was playing with 2 russian dudes who kept talking via voicechat to me in russian...who I then informed via chat that I dont speak russian. In case someone is thin-skinned enough to think ruski is a slur, its actually "russian" in russian (just not spelt correct, but then again, I dont speak russian...). How this can be identified as hateful speech is beyond me but I am guessing the automated process behind these reports is so bad, that it is enough to write something and then 2 squadmates report you for hateful speech...BAM 7day ban.

Now I already talked to customer support who couldnt help me and told me to wait until the tos-team reviews my appeal, but this might take up to 10 days on a 7 day ban. The quite friendly guy on the other line also told me he suspects a bot behind this, but couldnt confirm or deny anything and the only advice he could give me was to post here, so here I am. I know usually you guys can't do anything about bans, but in case there is an option I havent looked at yet, im happy with any help. The case number is 118499035.
