Having an issue with not being permitted to play online.

I'm having this extremely strange issue especially in 2023 the last solution was posted in 2022.

So I log into apex the weekend, queue and nothing. No countdown or anything. Left it guessed there was a server issue and left it. Tried yesterday and same thing. Tried again about an hour ago and now I see this message "Not permitted to play online" I'm genuinely at a loss on what to do now. I've tried EA help, nothing, my network, nothing, ban status, clean. Hard reset my xbox series x, nothing. All my other online games are fine. I've tried following the older solution for this too from 2022 that's the last this was talked about on here to my knowledge. I've reset my Mac address, deleted my unnecessary profile data. Feels like I've tried everything.

    Same here but on Switch.

    I even tried changing servers, nothing helped.

    And EA is being very unhelpful!

    The odd thing is I downloaded the game from Steam and it works just fine on my laptop but on my switch I keep getting the "Not permitted to play online" error.

    I gave it a week, tweets, emails, this. And nothing. It's genuinely so sad how EA is unable to even acknowledge these issues from people who enjoy the game etc.

    I'm just uninstaling it, no use in trying to get an answer anymore. 

    Friends warned me about playing and paying for an EA game. Just wish I listened. Couldn't even get a human to respond to me. Guess it was a great run.
