3pcomp The items that those packs had given should show up on in the locker tab with a red dot, as for the red glow you had saw, Apex Packs do glow the colors of the rarities that the packs could drop, (so you may had just saw it glow red before it had rolled a rarity, (which is annoying, and I've been tricked by the red glow before as well)).
it was an heirloom cause it had the high pitch ting noise if you know what i mean and it had the Red glow that the heirloom pack has
