Heirloom Guarantee After Event?
Hello,
Just had a question regarding the guaranteed heirloom shard at 500 packs.
If you purchase the heirloom from an event (e.g. Boxing Gloves from the Christmas event), are you still guaranteed the shards at 500 packs? Or does it reset and the 500 pack counter starts fresh again?

That's a common question.
Your bad luck counter will not reset when you receive an heirloom by completing the event.
So if you are close to 500 packs, don't worry you will get them at your 500th pack.The counter only resets when you get the shards by opening Apex Packs that are bought are given out by leveling/battle pass levels.
