Only Heirlooms attained via a illegitimate manner have been removed from players their inventories, those who have actually gotten them out of a pack will not have their heirlooms removed due to the recent patch that addresses this.
A video is also insufficient evidence as anyone was able to get the heirloom in their games.
Was wondering if it was possible to SWITCH my heirloom, was saving my heirloom shards for wraith and my account was stolen and my shards where wasted on octanes heirloom.
Well don't take it personally, there are more than enough users trying to abuse customer support this way trying to attain a free heirloom.
I'd like to point out that other than that being quite annoying as it puts a load on customer support, it's probably also going to be a punishable offense.
If you did actually own an heirloom and it randomly has disappeared (Which I honestly doubt quite a lot), you should contact EA support: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
They'll be able to see if your account ever had an heirloom, they'll be able to determine that.
