Ranked points system bug??

i noticed while queuing with a full team, i will get significantly less RP than anyone else. One game i got 37 rp with 600+ damage 0 kills. While my teammates both with 0 kills and max 400 damage have 57+ RP. the next i got 137 with 4 kills and the others got 4-5 assists and 1 kill with almost 200 rp. we are all around the same points into plat 4 so why am i getting less for doing more??
