I get 150 fragments for hairloom. I chose loba. Than i want to put it on. But... i dont have it same like fragments. What to do ?

It may be worth checking with anyone else that may have access to the account if that wasn't done by you personally.
From what we're seeing here, those heirloom shards were redeemed for the Revenant heirloom, so that's not something we'd be able to return or exchange I'm afraid, sorry.

Just looking over this account, I do see an heirloom was received just a little before your post.
It looks like the Revenant heirloom was claimed rather than the Loba version and should be available on the account. Are you seeing that one instead if you check back in-game?
