heirloom missing.

I get 150 fragments for hairloom. I chose loba. Than i want to put it on. But... i dont have it same like fragments. What to do ?  https://imgur.com/D4DFDzp screen

    Hey @Pardi,

    It may be worth checking with anyone else that may have access to the account if that wasn't done by you personally.

    From what we're seeing here, those heirloom shards were redeemed for the Revenant heirloom, so that's not something we'd be able to return or exchange I'm afraid, sorry.

@EA_Mako only me have access to my account. And for sure i bought heirloom for Loba... Really ? No chance ? I play since season 1. That was my first shards. I was hoping for em since first pack opening.
