I opened a pack yesterday and got heirloom shards, I then go to the mythic store and my shards aren't there, I try reopening the shop but they still aren't there, I try restarting the game and I go back and they still aren't there. I just want my shards.
I've tried that but it's just an ai chatbot and It doesn't do anything
